- A Gratia account is required to participate in Gratia Games, earn points, and redeem them for rewards. At the end of each quarter, earned points will be wiped if you do not have an active account.
- There are two ways to create an account:

- Scan the QR code of a participating team member
- Upon signing up, a Gratia rep will determine your eligibility, approve your account, and you will be sent a confirmation text message. If you are eligible, you will receive a text notification advising this.
- For New Hires: It may take up to 2 weeks for your info to flow through to verify your account. No worries! Your hours and points will be trued up upon approval.
- For non-new team members, as long as you are eligible, you should be approved within 1-2 business days.
